Firstly, Happy New Year to you all! I hope everyone managed to have a relaxing break over Christmas. My boxes are once again available and you can still order for next week (place order before Monday night). January is always thought of as a miserable month where the weather is dull and nothing exciting happens. I however think that this shouldn't be the case as we can make plans for the year ahead and start to make stuff happen. Mum and I have been planning several Yoga and Wellness Days that I wanted to share with you all.




Yoga, together with a healthy diet, can help in so many aspects of our lives. The following days look at specific topics which can help improve our overall well-being. The sessions run from 9.30am-1pm at Leadenham Village Hall and include a welcome drink and snack, a wellbeing talk, yoga and relaxation followed by a delicious, nutritious lunch. 


Saturday 20th January - Avoiding Alzheimer's "Preventing and reversing memory loss"

- FULLY BOOKED - will be running this again later in the year


Saturday 24th February - Heart Health "Eating, moving and living for better heart health"


Saturday 17th March - Letting Go and Moving Forward - "Is our life full of repetition? Could we change our movements, eating habits & thoughts to serve us better?"

On Saturday 20th January I will also be holding a stall at Whisby Nature Park near Lincoln for their 'NEW YEAR NEW YOU' Fayre. I will be selling lots of healthy goodies and advertising my catering services. Their discovery days are a way for people to find out what groups, businesses and organisations are available in the local area, with a chance to give activities a go or become a member of a local group. It's being held from 11am-3pm and should be a great day.
